Meet Jay Laine
My name is Jay, mama of 2, Yaya of 2 grand ones. Nature and the Arts lover (I danced professionally for a length of time). I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki and Crystal healer with an emphasis on using color therapy. Student of Metaphysics, especially when it comes to numerology. In my community, I lead by empowerment. I create thee vibes. I create waistbeads!
Most importantly, I get people waisted. 😉
You may call me an alchemist...
I received my calling through a spiritual awakening that introduced me to crystal healing. It was during a time of depression that I was given such a powerful tool that I used to alchemize my situation. The moment I touched my first crystal, the power of Divine energy infiltrated my soul and I knew I would never be the same.

My first set of waistbeads was gifted by my dear friend Toya (hey sis!) At the time, I didn't know what they were or used for, so they stayed at the bottom of my jewelry box. I was prompted by Spirit to pull them out, put them on, and watch a transformation I was NOT expecting. My posture changed, my attitude adjusted, my peace came flooding in. At that moment, I felt life change. All through a string of beads. I started living life more intentionally.
Being the artist I am, I decided to take on an art adventure and not just design my own, but create an experience. I was already studying color therapy and how color evokes energy. A few friends saw and admired my work, and that's how Waisted by Jay Laine started.​​
