Wearing Waistbeads is a practice originating in the motherland of Africa. Traditionally, indigenous people adorned their bodies for reasons such as fertility, attracting partners, identification within the tribe, etc.

Waistbeads are created with your intentions in mind. What do you seek? What do you desire? Waistbeads help hold you accountable to focus on that. How, you might ask?​

I took this practice, while honoring its traditions, have created an experience that stimulates awareness. When in the moment of feeling them around your waist, you are at that moment presented with some thoughts.

Why are you even wearing them? Is it intentional? It should be.
Adorning waistbeads should spark a moment to think back on your intentions. Are you in alignment in thought, words, and action? These frequencies are vital to manifestation. If you are not, this is a beautiful moment to GET IT TOGETHER! Check yourself. What is holding you back? What is in the way? Where are you limiting yourself? ​
Then, the beauty of accountability happens.
It is up to you; your waistbeads are your partner.
